Return2Sports Physical Therapy is a therapist owned rehabilitation clinic that specializes in orthopedic and sports physical therapy.  We enjoy working with athletes and weekend warriors of all ages to promote safe and quick return to activity.  Located adjacent to the Jeff Isler Golf Center in Southlake, we work closely with the center's golf instruction and fitness staff to provide a unique and comprehensive approach to golf injury rehabilitation and prevention.  We also offer performance enhancement programming for adult endurance athletes as well as the junior athlete for management of growth related sports injuries and promotion of optimal athletic development.
